Self-efficacy and empathy of the Russians teachers

The problem of teachers' self-efficacy remains highly topical. Studying the relationship between empathy and in school teachers is becoming productive this regard. What was aim study included determining through an analysis English-language sources as well a correlational data obtained from online survey Russian teachers. following methodologies - adapted Empathy Scale for Teachers, Teacher Self-Efficacy Questionnaire were used study. 116 number regions took part survey, 94.5% whom women, whose average age gave 45.04 years. SPSS 19.0 software to process data. As results showed, female evaluate their own ratings using computer multimedia technologies; skills contact with different audiences (pupils, parents, colleagues) are developed them; they able argue position; at same time, these women have difficulties distance learning selecting methods pupils' interviewing pedagogic diagnostics; legislative other normative legal documents. It has been found that related level religiosity teachers, pedagogues' education; finally, it way pedagogues assess self-efficacy, namely: recognising emotions pupils creative research skills, ability construct direct feedback person. necessary take into account when working system.
